If an item takes longer than two weeks, you're covered by our GCS Guaranteed Policy — all unsold items are returned to you at zero cost.
10% of the final net value after all marketplace fees and shipping. Example: item sells for $150, fees are $25, net = $125. GCS takes $12.50, you receive $112.50.

We research the market and list your items at the highest price a buyer will realistically pay.

Item sells — we calculate your final value

Once purchased, we calculate the final value after Walmart fees, shipping, and any deductions. For larger quantities, we may ask you to ship directly to a Walmart Fulfillment Center.

GCS takes 10% — you keep the rest

After all seller fees are collected, GCS Commerce takes 10% of the final value. Everything else goes to you.

1. Agreement Overview

By submitting a consignment request to GCS Commerce LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. GCS Commerce reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Consignor Representations

You warrant that: (a) you are the legal owner of all items submitted; (b) all items are genuine and accurately described; (c) items do not infringe any intellectual property rights; and (d) items comply with all applicable laws.

3. Commission & Fees

GCS Commerce receives 10% of the final net sale value after all marketplace fees, shipping, and selling expenses. GCS Commerce reserves the right to adjust listing pricing at its discretion.

4. Listing & Sale

GCS Commerce has full discretion over listings. If an item does not sell within two weeks, the GCS Guaranteed Policy applies — items returned at no cost to the Consignor.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

GCS Commerce provides shipping labels and instructions. The Consignor must pack items properly. GCS Commerce is not liable for damage during shipping once items are with the carrier.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is remitted via the agreed method within a reasonable timeframe. Payments may take up to two (2) weeks from the confirmed sale date.

7. Limitation of Liability

GCS Commerce LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the net proceeds owed for the specific transaction in dispute.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Unsold items will be returned at the Consignor's expense upon termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Disputes resolved through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration in Illinois.

Shipping Guide

How to Ship Your Pokemon Products

Follow these steps carefully to ensure your inventory arrives safely and in full sellable condition. Improper packing is the number one reason for reduced payouts or returns.

Verify Every Item is Sealed

Before packing anything, inspect each product. Every item must be factory sealed with no tears, punctures, or broken shrink wrap. If a seal is compromised in any way, do not include it without disclosing this upfront — undisclosed damaged items will be returned at your expense.

Use the Right Box Size

Choose a shipping box that fits your items snugly — not too large, not too small. Too much empty space allows items to shift and get crushed. Too tight can compress and damage packaging. USPS, UPS, and FedEx all offer free boxes at their locations.

Seal the Box Properly

Use strong packing tape (not masking or scotch tape) to seal all seams of the box. Apply at least 2 strips across the top and bottom. Do not use a box that is torn, bent, or previously heavily used.

Attach Label Clearly & Drop Off

Print the label we provide and tape it flat to the top of the box — no wrinkles, no folds over edges. Do not cover any barcodes with tape. Drop off at the specified carrier location and send us your tracking number so we can monitor the shipment.
